Looking for a new home

I’m looking to move out in March from East Croydon. I work in Farringdon and prefer my travel time to be an hour max.

I’m super clean and extremely particular about hygiene so would have to be living with someone super clean too if I were to buddy up. I have some of my own furniture (desk and chair) so would need some flexibility if furnished. A deal breaker is good lighting and plenty of storage and is spacious, clean and tidy.

Other than that I’m pretty easy going, like to socialise but also have me time and generally looking to settle somewhere nice.

Females only preferred and no dogs.
