Long term room wanted (March 2026 onwards)

Hello!

My name is Roxanne - I'm an Aussie in my early 30's loving calling London home. I've recently returned to the UK after a few months travelling, and am now looking to move into a long-term place to call home.

I work full time in construction, with almost all days in the office (very occasionally - 1 to 2 days a month - I WFH). Outside of work, my hobbies are travelling, bakery hopping, getting back into running, baking and travelling.

I'm looking for a relaxed house share where 'home' is a cosy sanctuary to unwind and relax. I'd like to have housemates that enjoy socialising with one another but also respect having downtime and each other space.

I'm looking to live in the following areas, ideally within a 10-15 minute walk of a tube station:
- Highbury
- Arsenal
- Holloway / Caledonian Road
- Finsbury Park

My budget is £1200 + bills a month sharing with 1-2 others, however I can be flexible for the right place.

My absolute dream room would be with an en-suite and a spot to store my bike, but this isn't a necessity!
