Seeking ensuite room/studio near Baker Street ASAP

Hi! I'm a 27 year old business school graduate working in marketing. I am seeking a furnished studio or ensuite room in Central London to move in asap. My budget is flexible for the right place, but looking to be around £1600 pcm for a room and £1800 for a studio. I need a place with easy access to a station on the Bakerloo/Hammersmith/Jubilee/Metropolitan lines but prefer to be as close to Baker Street as possible.

I would need the place to come with basic furniture. A building with a lift, concierge, and gym is preferrable but not required. I'm looking to share with female flatmates only, please.
