Looking for a coliving with Gym/workspace included

Dear landlords/agents,

I am currently working in a remote position in artificial intelligence. Despite being French, my pre-settled status in the UK grants me the same rights as a British citizen, including the right to work and rent accommodation.

My ability to work remotely means I have a stable income, as I won't need to spend on daily transport. Additionally, I will occasionally be traveling for business.

I intend to reside in London or its outskirts indefinitely, with a minimum lease term of one year.

Mandatory requirements:

- Coliving or flatshare with Gym + Coworking space included (it's fine if there are additional fees.)

- Clean accommodations + respectful people

- Reliable broadband, as I will be working remotely.

- Desk & chair in the room

About me:

- Clean and tidy
- Enjoy traveling and meeting new people
- Non-smoker and non-drinker
- I'm not a party person

I will be able to move in from March 1st 2026.
