I’m reaching out to express my interest in the loft room you have available. It sounds like a wonderful, peaceful place, and I think it could be a great fit for both of us.

I’m a student in my final year, but my schedule is flexible, and I’m often based in Brighton for study and work. When in town, I value a calm, tidy, and comfortable space to recharge or work from occasionally. I wouldn’t bring much with me, nor would I be a disturbance—my lifestyle is fairly quiet, and I’m respectful of others’ space.

The setup you described sounds ideal, especially with the private balcony and en-suite. I’d plan to be out most weekends but not all, i would be looking for somewhere 9 months to complete the year from september 2025 to 2026
