Apartment with independent bedroom for one year

I am interested in an apartment with an independent bedroom and possibly with other areas shared with at most one other person. I will work near the Isaac Newton Institute, so I am looking for places to stay that are at most 15-20 minutes away, cycling from there. I like to cook my own meals, so I am looking for flats with a kitchen, preferably in a room different from the bedroom but not necessarily.
