Looking for a place to call home

I’d love for someone to rent my spare room with en-suite on a beautiful farm in Battle. Preferably someone with shared interests, and who’s clean and tidy. I have a small dog, so must be an animal lover. I’m friendly, easy going, and hopefully fun to live with! I don’t drink alcohol, and would prefer someone that’s not a big drinker.
Alternatively I’m looking for a property with an en suite that’s preferably unfurnished. Somewhere reasonably rural with nice walks nearby.
