I am a care assistant male aged 47 and I work at the St Martha hospital.. I am looking for a single or double room. I am available to move anytime, curently living in hospital acomodation. I have a budget of around £500pcm. I would like to share with males or females of any age.

I am DBS verified because I have been working for 5 years as a caregiver.

Ideally, a longer term is sought, however shorter term options may be considered. Housemates' reference is readily available, along with a neighbor's reference if needed.

I work with elderly people who have special needs (they are usually tiring and exhausting), so I want a quiet place where I can recharge energetically. I drive and ride a bike, am a non-smoker/drug/alcohol or other types of stimulants. A fairly orderly individual, without dependents, who wants a private and uninterrupted place.

I have been a yoga practitioner for many years and I would be glad if the location where I will move has a discreet garden where I can conduct my sessions. I am also a good gardener, I have a collection of flowers with which I could populate a yard or a garden... I am an animal lover and have a real passion for cats, but at the moment I have none.
