Room from January 2025

Hi! I'm Francesca and I'm looking for a room from January 2025 (ideally before the 20th, but I can be flexible within the month). I'm looking for a room in a flat shared with minimum another person, 3 people max.

BUDGET: 1500£ pcm max. (including bills)

LOCATION: Maida Vale, Hampstead, Belsize Park, Willesden, Kensington to name a few of the favourites, but I’m not extremely picky as long as the place is in a quiet and safe, well-connected area.

WHO AM I: I’m a 30-year-old International History PhD (with salary, so practically a professional) at the LSE. I’m very organized and clean and I’ve developed good communication skills, maturity and respect of boundaries through past, positive flat-sharing experiences, and I’d like to live with similarly mature people. In my free time I am a passionate runner (slowly starting to do marathons!), reader and I really enjoy exploring London and its museums. Big fan of deep conversations (but also into more silly, day-to-day chatting, don’t worry!)

IDEAL FLATMATE: Someone nice and chilled between 25 and 35 roughly. I’m way past the party phase, so my ideal flatmate is someone who enjoys a more mature way of socializing, like movie nights in, going to the pub or a nice dinner with friends (like to host dinners too, but respecting mine and others’ boundaries, so no parties or very late nights, especially during weekdays). I’d be very happy to live with fellow PhDs, but this is not a strict requirement.

VIEWINGS: I’m in Florence for a research period until Christmas, so I can only do online meetings/viewings. However, a friend of mine can host me in London for short periods, therefore, if we have a positive first online meeting, I can arrange a trip to meet you in person.
