IT Professional/Hobby Photographer

I am a 42 year old male, single, non smoker, UK citizen originally from NZ, living in London for 12 years.

I have been continuously employed by the same company for the past 12 years. My current position within the company is IT Manager, with an office near Tower Hill, which allows me to work flexibly from home.

I currently live as a lodger, however Illness in their family means its now time for me to move on, thus I can flexibly move any time. Previous to this I lived as a lodger with a really cool 90 year old!

I am also a landlord myself and have a property in NZ that I rent out, so I know what it takes to be a responsible tenant. I prefer a quiet house, my party days are long gone.

I am currently saving to buy a house, so I'm looking for somewhere to live for 12-18 months or maybe a bit more.

In the weekends I do photography for fun and explore London's culture and art scene. In summer I also enjoy cooking for myself on my gas BBQ, so I need a small garden space.

In the weekends I often stay with my girlfriend who owns her own place in Tottenham, she feels most comfortable staying at her place, in the longer term I may move in with her.

If I tick all the boxes it would be great to come and have a viewing, I'm flexible on viewing dates/times.
