Flat or Ensuite Room Wanted:

Hi there! I am looking for a modern, or period-conversion comfortable flat or double ensuite room on a nice street in Kensington, Chelsea, Pimlico, Marylebone, Bayswater or Chiswick (or nearby) in a quiet and safe neighbourhood.

I am a responsible, tidy female looking for a friendly environment close to transportation, shops, and other amenities.

Key requirements:
* Fully or partly furnished (with a good mattress).
* Good natural light on the first floor or higher
* Modern amenities - decent size (fully equipped) kitchen because I enjoy cooking. Nice bathroom.
* Ideally with a balcony or an outdoor area
* Up to max 1,700 per month flat or 1,600 room
* Reasonable rent and utilities included if possible
* Starting 7 Feb 2025 (or close to)

I'm originally from NZ and I have also lived in London previously. I'm working professionally as an executive assistant, and I take pride in keeping a home tidy.
In a house share, I am pretty chilled - equal parts sociable and private. I am looking for a long-term rental where I will feel at home.
