28F professional + dog, flexible move in

Hi everyone! I’m a 28F professional originally from New York, currently living in Leith, Edinburgh with my sweet, well-behaved doggo. I work full-time as a manager at a coffeeshop in Bruntsfield, and part-time as a data analytics consultant in the evenings.

I’m looking to move sometime between Nov 15 and Dec 15, preferably around Dec 1 but can be as late as Jan 1. My budget is up to 750/month (can stretch a bit for the right fit!). Hoping for a longer-term spot where I can truly settle in, ideally.

I’m clean, friendly, and community-oriented, but I also really value personal space and downtime. My dog and I are often out and about walking/hiking, when we’re home we’re very quiet. In my free time I like going to the beach, lectures, dance classes, and exploring the city. Would love to live with folks who are kind, open, and grounded.
