Looking for a bright double room

Hello! I'm looking for a bright and spacious room with plenty of natural light, ideally with a big kitchen since I love to cook. A furnished space would be ideal, with bills preferably included in the rent. I also enjoy being close to nature, so a location with easy access to green spaces would be perfect. I work in sustainability consulting, and mostly work from home so would also need space for my work from home setup. I am respectful, clean, and enjoy a peaceful home atmosphere.
