Looking for a room in a house share form June!

Hi, my name is Andriy.. I'm a software engineer starting a new job in Haywards Heath on the 10th of June, and am looking for somewhere to live in Brighton.

A bit about me, I like the outdoors, hiking, cycling, foraging, meditating, fitness, and football.

I am clean, tidy and respectful.

I do not smoke weed but I am 420 friendly, if that's your vibe.

I am looking for somewhere near either brighton station or preston park station, or alternatively somewhere on the outskirts so I can easily access the A23 to get to haywards heath.

My budget is up to £1000 pcm including bills. I have somewhere sorted for the first month, so looking to take up a room any time in June up to the start of July.
