Looking to find flatmate

Looking to find a flatmate in Manchester. I do not have a property yet, but have got a very long list on Rightmove saved and will be starting viewings in around 2 weeks time.

A bit about me:

I’m 29 and I work as a product designer full time (wfh), in my spare time I’m also a digital painter. I’m considerate of others / personal space, keep things tidy and generally I am easy going. In terms of hobbies, I’m always trying to find new things to do (latest one is pottery), I don’t drink super often but I do love a good wine bar/pub and going out to eat.

I am also a smoker but never smoke indoors. I two friendly cats who I would be bringing with me. Looking for someone who is good with finances and will be happy to share cleaning of shared spaces fairly, but other than that I’m quite flexible.
