Looking for Housemates/Buddy Up in Islington

Hey future housemates, I’m a 31 year old Aussie who has now been in London for a year and is looking for new place to call home!

I’m looking for housemates in the Highbury/Islington area to join me in starting a new sharehouse. I’m currently talking to estate agents and setting up viewing for a few 3-5 bedroom houses in the Highbury/Holloway/Islington area.

About the flat -

Looking at flats with roughly £1200 per room budget (maybe slightly more or less depending on size of room and ensuites).

Looking to make the house a home with a relaxed and friendly vibe. Love to have flat dinners and movie nights when people are around, without any pressure to join or always hang out.

Happy to have people work from home. And open to couples if we find a flat with rooms the right size.

I’m prioritising houses with living room and outdoor space so that we have plenty of shared space.

I love watching tv/film, football, reformer pilates and love to travel! I’m keen for a friendly house (wine after work, pub quiz or just watching a film) but also appreciate my own downtime.
