20s F couple looking for accommodation in South/SW

A bit about me…
I’m 21, and originally from the Peak District. I've moved to London to be closer to family, and am looking at properties closer to central to match both that and my partner's commuting needs. Looking to move ASAP (but flexible for the right place)

My style around the house…
I’m a quiet and clean housemate but always happy to socialise when people want to.

If dietary preferences are relevant, I’m vegetarian, though I have no issue with prepping food in non-vegetarian kitchens. Both my partner and I enjoy cooking/baking and would love to share leftovers where wanted.

I tend to wash in the evening.

I like tidy shared spaces and am looking for clean roommates who are mindful of common spaces (living room, kitchen). I am very neat with my belongings and common spaces and appreciate others who are as well.

My general interests…
I enjoy Computer Science and computing/tech related things immensely, having been the area of my university studies and general work. I have also studied German, Korean, and a little bit of Mandarin (in order of proficiency); I'm very interested in linguistics!
I look after plants and do a few ‘crafty’ hobbies in my free time (sewing, art, refurb).
I enjoy video games and anime but don’t get much time for them these days unless doing so socially. I also love reading, mostly on philosophy or straight SF/F but as above, it's about making time for them...

Animal friendly, but not bringing any pets myself.
I do not smoke.
Not big party-people; fine with people hosting guests, likely wouldn't be ourselves.
Furnishing status and garden are preferences, not necessities.
I work hybrid, so would appreciate having a desk (or space for one).
