A room for three/four nights a week.

Hello - Easy going and low maintenance, I am after a more cost effective way of staying in London for 3 nights a week max. Super reliable and easy going.

I have my own place in Cornwall where I have a lodger, so well versed in good housemate etiquette. When in London, post work is gym / run. Limited use of kitchen needed and not usually in much when I am up in London, so low key lodger. No requirement for washing machine or communal space.

I work for local authority so have a DBS check etc - Open to discussion on rent / days in London etc but might be a good option for someone who wants to retain a feel of having their own place as I am rarely in.

Happy to negotiate some Cornwall stays if you need to escape London. Bonus points for parking and an en-suite but I am out of the house early so again no issue in sharing.
