Paw Pad wanted! Studio Flat, Annexe or Room....

I am professional female aged 52 looking for a home for me and my 3 cats (Shoes, Sox & Bear - 14 yr old brothers). I have lived in a 3 bed shared house with 2 other adults (and my cats!) for 14 years now, however my landlord has recently decided to sell the property and I am now looking for a home for me and my cats to move to. As both my housemates have sourced alternative living arrangements, I am now seeking a small, cat friendly little 'paw pad' for myself and the cats to reside, living in the pleasant and peaceful manner we have enjoyed.

I am open to any options that may become available, whether that's a single/double room in a shared house/flat, a room in a family home, annexe, summerhouse in someone's garden or a studio flat with access to a garden or outdoor area.

Preferably the accommodation would be available for a minimum of 6 months initially, with the option to renew/extend the tenancy if required and acceptable to all concerned.

Due to my particular circumstances I would ideally like to rent a small annexe or studio flat that has access to a garden or some form of outdoor space, predominantly for my cats to access. Currently they have access to a good sized garden and tend to mainly chill out, either in the garden shed or a shady/sheltered area of the garden.

As my requirements are rather unique in having a family of 3 x 14yr old cats, I appreciate my search may be limited and options few, but am ever hopeful that I'll find a landlord out there willing to offer us suitable accommodation to rent.
