I'm looking for a single or double room. I'm currently staying in Battersea, near Clapham Junction,
and I’m available to move anytime—preferably in May or June.

I’m happy to share a flat with people of any gender.

For putting more detail about my personal information, I’m South Korean, and I usually keep my room in good condition.
I’ve never had any issues with cleanliness or conflicts with flatmates.

I’m a non-smoker, not a party person, and I don’t have any pets.

I usually spend most of my time working in my studio,
so I’ll be using the room mainly for sleeping or cooking—it will be very quiet.

I’m currently in the final year of my postgraduate course at the Royal College of Art.
I’ve been living in the UK for about five years.

I have no problem covering the rent and other expenses.
