1 bedroom flat/ studio or room wanted

Hi there me and my years old beautiful german shepard are urgently looking for a flat or studio to let I can pay for deposit and also a pet deposit for my German shepard even though she is fully house trained and lovely to be around I can pay first months rent in advance too I'm very clean and tidy I don't drink I'm quiet and keep myself to myself I'm on housing benefit but I can pay the rent if I fall short as I'm on disability benefits so rent payment is not a worry I can get references for me and my emotional support dog I just can't get a guaruantor as I'm not from here originally fro north and it's just me and my German shepard but I'm very quiet laid back and I'd like a long settled let please as I know I'd be a really good tenant.
