- Budget: Up to £800 per month (including bills if possible)
- Property Type:
- A room suitable for a couple in a shared house/apartment or
- A one-bed flat
- Furnishing: Furnished or unfurnished (both acceptable)
- Facilities: Access to a kitchen and living area
- House Environment: Quiet, clean, non-smoking household preferred
