Friends looking for new friends

We’re a group of four friends - my name is Mariana, there’s also Matte (my partner), Vlod and Mykola (they’re brothers).
I’m Russian, Matte is British and Vlod and Mykola are Ukrainian.

We are looking to rent a whole house long term (hopefully a couple years) with parking and a garden and to keep the gender balance we’re looking for one or two girls (to save me from male dominance haha).

We’re all 28-30 y. o., sociable creative people who like living in a community and having our own space as well.
Boys are all in design and IT, I am a teacher and a gallery worker (now changing careers and moving to art project production).

We all have hobbies and I’d say are quite active in our social and artsy lives: me and Matte do film photography, boys love sport and gigs. We like cooking, hosting dinner parties and we all love motorcycles:) (so we’d like to build a shed to work on our bikes).

We’re looking for someone who’d like to socialize with us and become friends rather than just flatmates. We also need the potential person(s) to have a full time job to be sure that we’re on time with rent and to pass the reference checks.

We are looking for a place in North/North-East London.

Right now we live by Manor House/Finsbury park station and we love the area, but in order to find a place we can all afford we don’t mind moving a bit further away from the city centre.

So right now I’m in active search and viewing process as we’d love to move by the end of Sept/mid October.

Our budget is roughly up to 900 pp inc bills.
We’re also considering having some space in the house organized as a work studio, so if you’re crafty and need a workspace - that’s also a plus for you.
