Hello! looking for a flatshare close to Haymarket

Hi folks! I’m Priyanka, I'm 24 years old, and I would love to find an existing flatshare/house share from January onwards.

I'm very laid back, social and trustworthy. I’m tidy, respectful of others space and like to keep a nice comfortable environment to come home to.

I generally like a good mix of social occasions and also quiet moments.

I will be working in tech at a firm in Haymarket which I’m quite excited about so would be interested in these areas:
Haymarket/West End/New Town/Bruntsfield/Marchmont/Morningside/Stockbridge

This is probably the main requirement for me. Ideally somewhere furnished if possible. I can provide a reference from the firm that I will be working at and I can also pay in advance if required.
