24M Events Worker Seeking a room in Yorkshire

I'm a 24 year old events professional seeking a room somewhere between Leeds & Harrogate.

I work just off the A1 near Boroughbridge, so I would consider anywhere within a 30 minute commute of there.

I am currently a Marquee Erector; I set up and take down bespoke marquees for weddings, & sometimes parties. My shifts are surprisingly normal - typically I work 4/5 days a week between Sunday and Friday. I start at either 7am or 9am, and return home in the early evening around 6 or 7pm if all goes to plan!

I'm an very easy-going person, and I'm just as happy socialising with a group as I am just watching YouTube or Netflix in bed. I'm always polite, friendly, and cooperative. I was previously a chef, so you can count on me keeping a shared kitchen tidy! When I have the time and motivation I enjoy cooking for others, although truthfully I eat a very simple diet 95% of the time.

I'm mostly sober nowadays, but I enjoy a beer, wine, or whiskey on occasion! I'm not much of a party animal anymore, but not bothered by others having a good time - and I can sleep through anything!

I don't have too many hobbies, but I enjoy trying new things. My younger brother recently got me into bouldering, which I'm really enjoying when I find the time to go. I enjoy music, and have a very eclectic taste.

It's also worth mentioning that I've lived independently for most of the last 7 years; I can cook, clean, wash up, DIY, and all the other things that keep a house running.

My current tenancy expires in August, but discussions can be had if an opportunity arises sooner than that.

My budget is around £500 including bills. Parking is a must have, as I require my car to commute to work. Anything else is pretty much negotiable.
