Professional full time worker seeking room asap

Hi, I’m currently looking for a room in Manchester quite urgently as my current landlord has unexpectedly asked all tenants to move out with very little notice. The reason given was renovations, although he also mentioned wanting to move family into the property, so the situation has been a bit sudden and unexpected for everyone living there.

A bit about me I work full-time as a waiter at The Ivy while also studying Business at university during the day. Because of work and university, I keep a busy and structured routine throughout the week and am financially responsible.

I’d describe myself as clean, respectful, sociable, and very easy to get along with. I’m considerate of shared spaces, quiet when needed, and appreciate having a calm and comfortable home environment. Outside of work and studying, I enjoy exploring new places, fishing, geography, and getting outdoors whenever Manchester gives us decent weather.
