Room/Flatmate wanted in city centre or west end

Hi all, my name is Hailey and I’m a first year masters student at Glasgow Caledonian University! I’m looking for a double bedroom either in or just west of the city centre (ideally within 20-30 minutes walking distance to uni would be amazing). I’m hoping to find a room/flat with double glazing and (if possible) gas central heating. I’m ideally looking to room with other student due to council tax purposes, but if needed I can pay council tax (as long as it’s within my budget)!! I’d also prefer living with females if possible!

A little about me:

I’m easy to live with, respectful, and I like to keep the common area tidy. I’d ideally love to live with students who share these in common! In my downtime I like to go to the gym and go for coffees and drinks at the pub. I love going for walks in nature, reading (if you have good book recommendations lmk), and doing fun activities with friends!
