PHD student & outdoorsy designer moving to Dundee!

Hello!
I have a 2 bed flat on Baxter Park Terrace. Looking for a flatmate to join from Mid-December. It gas a garden and view of the park.

I recently moved from Bristol, back up to Scotland (I previously lived in Edinburgh).
I am looking for a fun, active, friendly, creative flat share with young professionals or mature students.

I really like to keep a tidy home, have a peaceful space but also space to have dinner parties and friends gathering. I would like to have a friendly relationship with my potential flatmate, of course still respect personal time.

A bit more about me:
I am originally from New York.
I love to cook a plant-based feasts.
I run supper club events.
I grow my own veg and love plants!
I was previously an Interior Designer and Landscape Architect.
I love to spend time outdoors as much as possible camping.
My sports are mainly climbing, hiking and cycling, however I never say no to a surf.
