Looking for a room for 6+ months from June!

I'm looking for a room from Summer this year - I am graduating from University in May, spending some time abroad, and then starting a job in Edinburgh (near the airport) at the beginning of June. I'm looking to move in either early June or July.

I don't drink and am very outdoorsy. I hike, ski, wild camp, swim, run, and go to the gym. I'm looking for (relatively) quiet flatmates as I will be working fairly long hours + don't want to have parties inside the flat keeping me awake!

I will need to be somewhere with parking (street parking is fine) as I will be driving to commute to work. I'm working by the airport so I'm SUPER open to different areas - preferably outside the city - I really like smaller towns / the countryside.

I'm super social and outgoing + nice to live with. I am very tidy (hopefully you are too!) and don't make much noise. Would be super nice if you also enjoy hiking / skiing / walking so we could do things together - but this is by no means essential!

Finally, I am in a LDR with my German girlfriend. I would like if she could stay with me (us) for a few days every 2/3 months. This is not guaranteed but if this really bothers you I am probably not the tenant for you.
