Looking for somewhere TIDY

I currently live in Brighton Hill, which is in Basingstoke, but it's a bit too far out for my liking, and I would like to be closer to Whitchurch as this is where I work.

A bit about me...
I'm and 35, I will be 36 in August. I am in full-time employment and have been with my employer for 2 years now. I am a tidy person who is respectful of others. I like a tidy home and I always clean up after myself so i am looking to find a house share with people that are similar. I don't mind noisy environments, but I do like peace and quiet in the evenings as I go to bed early. I'm normally up at 4.30am during the week for work. I am able to provide both work and landlord references.

What I am looking for...
* A TIDY house share
* A house located in the following areas: Whitchurch, Overton, Andover, and certain areas in Basingstoke. These areas have good transport links for work.
* I would prefer a double room, but would accept a large single room.

I am available to view places after 6 pm Monday to Friday and anytime during the weekends.
