Seeking double room between Swansea and Cardiff

Seeking double room between Swansea and Cardiff with bills inc and parking. The room can be in surrounding areas, ideally no more than a 40 mile drive to Cardiff or a short distance to train station. The room would need to be suitable to work in 3 days p/w. I'm looking for housemates who respect space but also have a social side and like to have a get together every so often, though not required. A potential housemate can expect that I will clean everything I use and expect the same. I like alone time but enjoy social activities on occasion. I work 5 days per week and also study between October and June
