Coming Home

I am retired, single, and a non-smoker who seldom drinks, I am looking for a quiet life in a shared house / flat in Hastings or St. Leonard's on Sea. I moved away from the area 6 years ago to retire to Thailand, but lived in the area for over 40 years before then.

My preference is a share with professional people 'male or female' and with the double room on a lower floor. I would prefer an 'all inc.' monthly rent - with strong wi-fi.

I am still working part-time 'online' so would be indoors almost every morning of the week.

Simply put, I need a roof over my head, with good central heating and friendly easy going company.
