One of my every day hobbies are gym, so I will be the majority of the time at work after at the gym, in the weekends I like going outdoor in the town or have a bike trip depending on the weather.
It would be great if the house will have a garden where we can grill in the summer, enjoy the sunny days and also space to park the bike.
I would like to live with max 3 professionals in a house, the average age sholud be around 25 - 35 years old so we can do activities togheter like cooking international meals together, going out for movie evenings and pub nights.
