Seeking for 1B flat or studio in Zone 1

We’re a couple looking to rent a 1-bedroom flat or studio in Central London, ideally in Zone 1, with a strong preference for the SE1 area. A parking space is important to us and would be a major plus.

I work as a freelance audio engineer in the arts industies and in the hospitality business. My partner is a full-time working professional who’s based out of the home during the day.
We value a quiet, tidy, and well-maintained space and treat any place we live in with care and respect. We’re often out for work or socialising, and we’re looking for a place we can call home.
