Young Professional looking for a flatshare/studio

Hello,

I am one year into my career and currently looking for a new place as my landlord will be reclaiming my current flat. I work in Berkeley Square, Mayfair, and would ideally like to find accommodation within walking or cycling distance.

I am particularly interested in the areas of Marble Arch, Edgware Road, Hyde Park, and Paddington/Bayswater. My preference would be for a studio or an en-suite room; however, I am open to flatshares provided the room is spacious and offers sufficient privacy.

I am seeking an initial six-month contract, with the possibility of extension if it proves a good fit. I would also strongly prefer that proof of residence can be provided.

I lead a busy lifestyle with work, sports, and social activities, so I typically spend limited time at home. That said, I am very clean, respectful, open, and outgoing. I would be glad to share a flat with other young professionals who are also building their careers, whether in research, business, tech, finance, engineering, arts, marketing, or similar fields.

I speak Italian, Slovak, English, Czech and Spanish.
