Room wanted in Brighton + Environs

Hi all, I am a 25 year old architect currently living in Polegate but looking to move a bit closer to Brighton, especially in Falmer/Stanmer Park area. Looking for a double room and clean, welcoming space with an outdoor area for reading. I am an easygoing, clean professional who will be working office hours during the week, and would like a nice friendly space to live.
