Professional looking for double room

Hello! I’m Corrie, age 34 and looking for a double room. I am open to furnished or part-furnished ☺️. I’m looking to live somewhere with good access to Crystal Palace and Croydon Town Centre for my work.
A little about me:

I have been a tattoo artist since 2018, my income is consistently comfortable and my finances are always in check. I work 4-5 days a week outside of the house and I tend to spend 1-2 nights a week away from home. I don’t smoke and very rarely drink. I don’t have any pets but I adore animals, especially cats and pigeons!

In a home I appreciate tidiness/cleanliness, peace, communication, mutual respect etc. I’m self-sufficient and I do prefer keeping my things separate. I love hanging out and building relationships whilst also enjoying my own space and respecting others’ downtime. I’m an extroverted introvert! I work in studios and am home most evenings drawing, doing admin and watching some TV. After work I’m usually quite tired so retire to draw in my room. I love animals, going on little adventures and I like to think I can be pretty funny! I’m hoping to avoid a party house and a home with drama.
