Professional female needs room from Jan 2026

Hello, I’m Kit!

I’m a female full-time professional looking for a place to live from the start of Jan 2026.

I'm looking for a room with a live-in landlord, or a flat share with one or two non-smoking roommates who are considerate, tidy, and respectful. I love animals, so pets are fine by me! Location-wise, I sometimes work in the city centre, so close by there or near to a train station / bus stop would be great.

My budget is £550/month but is slightly flexible — I’d prefer an “all bills included” arrangement (inc. internet and council tax) & an en-suite bathroom, but the latter isn’t mandatory. Ideally, I'll be renting for 6+ months, but am open to short-term lets as well.

As for me, I’m tidy and considerate yet sociable. I’m vegan — all I ask is a separate shelf in the fridge and freezer to store my food. In my spare time, I like to read, paint, and play video games, as well as explore the city!
