Seeking En-Suite or Buddy-Up – City Centre

Hi! I’m a 28-year-old male researcher(tech) working at the University (I’m a working professional, not a student).

I’ve lived in Manchester for five years and have been in my current apartment for the past two years. My flatmate is relocating to another city, and because we have a joint tenancy, renewing the contract would require me to move out temporarily and then move back in. I’m hoping to avoid that, so I’m looking for a new place.

Ideally, I’m looking for an en-suite room in M1 or somewhere close to the universities. My budget is around £700 pcm, excluding bills, and I don’t need a parking space.

I’m also open to buddying up. I’ve already found a few apartments I like and would be happy to look at them with someone who has a similar budget and preferences.

I usually work from the office, so I wouldn’t be working from home most days. I’m tidy, responsible and proactive about managing bills, cleaning and shared household tasks. I also enjoy socialising and would like to live with someone friendly, while still respecting each other’s privacy and personal space.
