I’m looking for a flatmate to share a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment at Waterhouse Gardens. I’ll be taking the en-suite bedroom, and I’m looking to move in around 16 August.

The rent is £1,600 per month (excluding bills), so we’d split the rent and bills equally.

A little about me: I’m currently a undergrad student and I’m a tidy, respectful, and easy-going person. Cleanliness is a big priority for me, so I’m looking for someone who also likes to keep shared spaces clean and organised. I’m naturally quite introverted, but I’m working on becoming more social. I’m also open-minded, considerate, and appreciate open communication, so I’d like to live with someone who has a similar mindset.
