Professional Female Aged 23 And Dog

I am a professional female aged 23. I am looking for a single or double room and have a budget of £750pcm. I would need a room at least until April 2025

It would be for me and my dog, Ash, who is well behaved and house trained, has lived with other pets in the past but he can be nervous around other dogs. He has never chewed any furniture or been disruptive, the worst thing he will do is bark at a knock on the door.

I will be working remotely from home, so I would not be leaving ash alone for long periods of time.

I am clean, tidy and respectful. I am currently up north but would like to move down south to be closer to my partner. He would not be visiting too often
