A bit about me:

Im a young professional in my late 20s (28) and work in the charity sector in fundraising (4 days a week, remote).

I'll be relocating at the end of November from Leeds and I'm looking to rent for 6months- a year before I find my own place to purchase.

I am looking for a quiet, spacious double room or single flat with lots of natural light, a dedicated workspace and a decent garden.

I'm quiet, clean and considerate of others and enjoy hiking (the Dales!), visits to museums and monuments (including the Minster!), the pub and exploring farmers markets 😊

I do own a gorgeous (and soppy!) ex racing greyhound called Ralphie who is my world. He is no trouble at all - he sleeps almost 20 hours a day, doesn't bark and can be found most days sunbathing in the garden 🌞

He is also a registered therapy dog at our local care home - is a role he takes very seriously! 😅 I'm sure you will love him when you meet him.

I'm also a verified house sitter with Trusted House sitters (so I'm tidy and responsible!) and I'm also DBS checked via my work.

I also have an excellent credit score and always pay my rent on time!
