I am a professional female aged 25

I am a professional female aged 25. I am looking for a double room. I am available to move from June or July and have a budget of £800pcm including bills if preferable or I can push to £850pcm. I am clean and tidy. I would also like to become friends with who I live with where we can hang out, whilst also respecting each others chill time.

I work in the office and also from home. I would require a parking space too.
