I'm just about to start my PhD in Microbiology at UoL and am looking for a room for at least the next year nearby to campus. I'm very clean and tidy and enjoy cooking for people. I'm up to get to know new flatmates but also happy if you just to keep to yourself.
Ideally I'd want an ensuite but not too fussed either way as long as it stays clean. I'd like to start a tenancy in September but am flexible with both that and the £600pcm budget.
