Looking for a flat ASAP

Hi, I’ve recently landed a job in Exchange Quay and I’m looking for a flat share ideally soon as I can’t afford to rent on my own in Manchester.

I’m a clean easygoing individual, who looks after himsel. Although I do like peace and quiet, I do want a somewhat sociable environment to live in so that I can A) not feel like I’m living on my own and B) have someone I can take up Canal Street with me for the most fun nights of ur life.

I’m not a huge party animal by any means but i do like going out, but for the majority of the time you’ll see me either popping off to work Monday to Friday, cleaning up, going to the gym or spending my money on food and trips to home bargains.

My ideal housemate would be someone who’s easygoing, cleans up after themself and is a good laugh, but also considerate of others. Oh and also a dealbreaker you can’t be homophobic😂 or dislike Sugababes.
(Liking Sugababes is not compulsory but preferred)
