A Single/Double Room With A Desk And Window

Hi! I am Sophie, aged 27 from Hong Kong. I am looking for a long term rental in a friendly share house to stay.

What can you expect from me:
- I love to cook for people (If you love asian food, I am good at it)
- I am a very clean and neat person,
- I have tendency of keeping good relationship with people. I keep my belongings in good order.
- I have good sense of aesthetic, enjoy maintaining my living environment in a cozy and chill condition. Good at interior decoration. (arrcording to my former housemate)

Why am I doing it:
My goal this year is to be more independent and motivated. Therefore, I wish to get a cozy room with space for a desk and a window to stay. I am currently pursuing a career in the advertising creative field. I just hope to try staying alone for a year to practise focusing more on myself. I also do freelance designing and photography work. So just tell me if you need a decent headshot:)) I used to be an art director in Hong Kong. Now that I have moved to this country, I want to give myself a year to focus on settling down.

In terms of other details, tho I don't have a full time job at the moment, I do have enough saving to prove my affordability. Also, I can provide letter of recommendation from my former employer and housemates if needed. Just to ensure you that I am financial secured.
