Looking for a short term sublet for August 2024

Hi there,

I'm Nick and I'm looking for a short-term sublet in London for August 2024 (technically, from 28th Jul - 31st Aug; but happy to just do Aug 1-31). I used to live in London but now I'm living in the states and have planned a trip back to visit fam/friends and looking to rent my own space.

I completed my undergraduate degree in 2023 in London and am currently pursuing a postgraduate certification, for which I am now based in California.
If an in-person viewing is required to rent, I am more than happy to have a friend in London attend the viewing on my behalf :)

I am tidy, sociable, and easy going. In my free time I enjoy nature, wine, cooking, and meeting new people.
