Loooking for a room in house or flat

Hello!
I’m Mayank, 23 years old, and I’ve been working in Leamington as an assistant carer for the past 2 years. I’m looking for a room in a friendly house or flat (ideally no more than 3 bedrooms).

A little about me:
• I’m easygoing, tidy, and respectful.
• I enjoy hanging out with friends, going out to chill, and also appreciate having my own quiet time.
• Open to sharing with both male and female flatmates.

My budget is around £550–£650, and I’d love to find a place with like-minded people who enjoy a relaxed, homely vibe. I’m also happy to rent a new flat on a sharing basis—if anyone is searching for a flatmate, we could look for a property together and split it 50-50.
