I will be your wonderful flatmate

I’m looking for a place to call “home.”

I work in B2B events. I am interested in life development, optimistic, very tidy and with a healthy lifestyle.
Probably important to say from the beginning:

-I AM NOT A VEGAN- I eat meat.

-MY CAT HAS TO HAVE ACCESS TO THE HOUSE- she won’t be locked in my room.

- I don't smoke but I don't mind if you do.
- I don't drink (occasionally )- but I don't mind if you do.

I am Ukrainian, moved to the UK 3 years ago.
🐈 I have a 9-year-old very calm and smart Siamese cat. SHE is an intelligent and has very good behaviour, no scratches, jumps, doesn't jump higher then 30 sm (she has fear of heights- I’m not joking) etc.
Currently we live in the house with a new leather sofa, velvet chairs, new expensive carpets- she is a good girl.

I’m seeking a busy, positive person who loves life and people to share space and friendship.
