Looking for a room in Chorlton/Whalley Range

I'm looking for a room/buddy up in or around Chorlton.

I've lived with the same friend for 6 years now, but she is moving in with her boyfriend so I'm looking for a mature/professional household ASAP.

I am very sociable outside of the home but really value my privacy and peace at home (happy to hang out & watch tv, cook together etc but overall I'm pretty low commitment to live with).

I like to keep things clean & tidy, I like having friends round for food/chilling/a few drinks but I'm definitely not an after-party kind of person.

I work in the city centre but occasionally like to have a day working from (at my desk in my bedroom.

I love hiking, swimming, music, festivals, wine & coffee etcetc.
